Refund Policy

Suppose an appointment is cancelled due to the unavailability of the Doctor due to emergency cases or situations beyond our control. In that case, a rescheduling will be done as agreed upon by the patient / relative.

If Rescheduling is not acceptable, fees paid will be refunded in full, excluding transaction costs.
